Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Event Staff Member. This part-time, evening position involves assisting in the setup and breakdown of events, providing exceptional customer service, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the event area is clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities


Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their guests.
Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Serve food and beverages, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
Ensure the event area is clean and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the success of each event, providing support and assistance as needed.


Requirements


Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, guests, and colleagues.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our events.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, with the physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude.


Preferred Qualifications


Prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of events.
Knowledge of event planning and execution, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.
Ability to work independently, with a high level of initiative and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
