Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch to job sites Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner Organize and maintain systems for documents, invoices, and client records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Process payments from customers and follow up on overdue accounts as necessary Assist in setting up and implementing ServiceTitan, our dispatching software Take on additional responsibilities to support the growth and success of the company Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and team members Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials (beneficial but not required) A clear background check Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the trades industry A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software What We Offer As a fully remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary benchmarked against industry standards A flexible and remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the EST timezone Opportunities for professional growth and development within a thriving company A collaborative and dynamic team environment, with a culture that values doing the right thing A range of benefits and perks, including the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of tradespeople and their families Career Growth Opportunities We're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
