Our Global Equity team plays a critical role in managing our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Experienced Equity Data Entry Consultant. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Equity Data Entry Consultant, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans * Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards * Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities * Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities * Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting to support ongoing operations * Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation **Requirements and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field * Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday, in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we offer a competitive salary, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
