**Key Responsibilities**

As a Senior Equipment Services Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

* **Scheduling and Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate daily activities for 15+ technicians, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
* **Customer Interface**: Interface directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any scheduling or logistical issues that may arise.
* **Scheduling Gaps and Technician Capacity**: Identify gaps in schedules and provide input on technician capacity, ensuring that we have the right resources in place to meet customer demands.
* **Scheduling Exceptions**: Find solutions to scheduling exceptions and collaborate with various teams, including Field Service Supervisors, Team Managers, and other coordinators, to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of service calls.
* **SAP Support**: Work in SAP to support service activities and manage parts ordering, ensuring that we have the necessary inventory and resources to complete service calls efficiently.
* **Project-Related Work**: Handle project-related work such as inventory support, planning for large order requests from sales, and processing returns, ensuring that we are meeting customer needs and driving organizational efficiency.
* **Timely Completion of Service Calls**: Ensure timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements, providing exceptional customer service and meeting arenaflex's quality standards.
* **Ticket Scheduling Issues**: Research and resolve ticket scheduling issues using complex systems, making complex logic-based decisions about customer scheduling priorities when demand exceeds capacity.
* **Incoming Requests and Emails**: Monitor and respond to incoming requests and emails related to special projects, ensuring that we are meeting customer needs and driving organizational efficiency.
* **Strategic Initiatives**: Participate in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency, providing input and recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Education**: High school diploma or GED required.
* **Experience**: 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation.
* **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring timely completion of service calls.
* **Communication Skills**: Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving scheduling and logistical issues.
* **Technical Skills**: Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications, with a focus on using SAP or similar applications to support service activities and manage parts ordering.
