Responsibilities As an Entry-Level Search Consultant Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives by connecting them with their ideal positions, while transforming your own. Your key responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates Partnering with clients to fill urgent job openings with qualified candidates Leveraging recruiting tools and materials to source talent Conducting initial outreach, screening candidates, and preparing them and clients for interviews Negotiating job offers and completing reference checks on candidates Qualifications We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. While prior recruiting experience is not required, you'll need to possess: Strong verbal and written communication skills Motivation to make high outbound calls to source clients and candidates Comfort establishing professional relationships over the phone High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct Effective negotiation skills A degree is preferred but not required We're committed to providing our consultants with the training and support they need to succeed.
