Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in sales, and we have been training people to do well for over 40 years. Key Responsibilities: Sell Cutco products through one-on-one appointments and build strong relationships with customers Explain the features and benefits of Cutco products and answer customer questions Place orders and process sales transactions Work closely with our team to create a schedule that works best for you Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong passion for sales and enjoy working with others. You must be at least 18 years old (or 17 and a high school graduate) and be able to interview within the week. You must also be willing to learn and apply new skills, and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Previous work experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training to all new hires.
