About the Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a sales representative with American Income Life: AO, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible hours that allow you to balance your work and personal life. You will be responsible for outbound calling and appointment setting, presenting permanent benefits packages to clients, and providing exceptional customer service to our union and association groups across Canada. Key Responsibilities Outbound calling and appointment setting to schedule virtual client meetings Presentation of permanent benefits packages using scripts and needs analysis systems over Zoom Building long-term relationships with clients to ensure reliability and trust Providing exceptional customer service to union and association groups across Canada Working individually while having the support of the entire team Participating in industry-leading training, workshops, and technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. You should be coachable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction. Sales experience is an asset, but not required, as full training will be provided. You should be comfortable working individually, while also being part of a supportive team environment.
