Key Responsibilities The role involves a range of tasks, including: Managing shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company Identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports and reconciling eligibility among systems Monitoring and tracking records to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create effective solutions to problems Utilizing Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform tasks efficiently Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: Experience in records analysis and study Healthcare industry experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills 1-2 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Healthcare industry expertise Education Candidates must have a High School Diploma to be considered for this role.
