As a remote data analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of tasks, from soliciting and defining business and system requirements to creating and presenting presentations to clients and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Solicit, define, and manage requirements and scope for CMS projects * Create, maintain, and support the distribution of applicable project-related artifacts, including requirement documents, user stories, source to target mapping documents, System User Guides, Operations Manuals, and Interface Control Documents * Prepare in-depth flow charts, models, and procedures, as well as conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions * Collect and perform analysis on information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system with moderate supervision * Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including business owners, developers, and scrum team members * Work closely with the test team to ensure that the requirements are implemented and tested as they are written * Create and present presentations to the client as well as other stakeholders * Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience * Perform analysis and assist with systems designs as needed **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 8+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., data analysis, business analysis, software development) * Experience working with a business analyst team in a complex environment * Experience soliciting and defining business and system requirements * Experience with IDR Support project **Desired Qualifications** * Experience with the Agile framework * Experience with databases and data warehouses * Experience with Teradata * Experience with AWS Cloud computing * Ability to query databases using SQL and/or similar querying languages **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes * Strong presentation and reporting skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
