About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and charismatic Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter to join our remote team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing direct recruiting strategies, creating employment marketing materials, conducting interviews with healthcare professionals, and interacting with hospital clients nationwide. Your primary focus will be on filling employment needs in Nursing Management, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles across the country.
