Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced entry-level Event Assistant to join our team. As an Event Assistant, you will be the public face of the organizations we represent, attending in-person and virtual meetings, sharing our charity partners' core message, and building lasting relationships with community members. Key Responsibilities

As an Event Assistant, your primary duties will include:


Being the public face of the organizations we represent, attending events, and interacting with community members
Keeping updated on industry trends and regularly informing sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities for improvement
Attending in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on our charity partners and their services
Sharing our charity partners' core message in a professional and meaningful manner, highlighting their mission and impact
Promoting our charity partners' events and services through social media, email marketing, and other channels
Passing out brochures and flyers to further the education of our local communities about our charity partners and their services
Building lasting relationships with community members, fostering a sense of community and social responsibility
Assisting with event planning, coordination, and execution, including logistics, marketing, and fundraising efforts
Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
