Key Responsibilities Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and repairing complex issues with heavy-duty trucks Develop and maintain a strong understanding of diesel engine technology, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair Work effectively in a team environment to ensure timely and efficient completion of repair orders Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of a trade school or 1 year related work experience 3.5 or above GPA 95% or better attendance Valid Driver's License & clean motor vehicle record Ability to relocate to work for a Peterbilt dealership Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a diesel technician role or related field Knowledge of diesel engine technology and repair procedures Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies Required for Success To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
