Your key responsibilities will include: * Analyzing documents to identify relevant data to add into our FACIS database * Conducting additional research as necessary about the source, including contacting data authorities for guidance on how to interpret documents * Communicating clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation * Articulating data transformation processes with clarity and precision * Taking on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary * Working independently with limited oversight, using provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance * Meeting quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items within the Data Entry queue **Required Skills and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects * The ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results * Quick learning and adaptability, with the ability to adjust priorities throughout the day * An uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations * A commitment to quality, with a focus on doing work right the first time and inspecting work for flaws * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products * Strong critical thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail **Education and Experience** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or GED equivalent * To be at least 18 years of age * (Preferred) Healthcare industry experience, as well as experience in data entry and comparison **Benefits** As a member of blithequark's team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Amazing medical, dental, and vision plans * Generous Paid Time Off * 11 Company Paid Holidays per year * Short-Term and Long-term Disability & company paid Life Insurance * 401(k) Plan with generous Company Match (100% vesting from day 1) * Tuition Reimbursement Program **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space, with minimal distractions.
