**Responsibilities**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Analyzing documents to extract relevant data and inputting it into our FACIS database
* Conducting additional research as necessary, including contacting data authorities for guidance on interpreting documents
* Communicating clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation
* Articulating data transformation processes with clarity and precision
* Taking on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as necessary
* Working independently with limited oversight, using provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance
* Meeting quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items within the Data Entry queue
* Collaborating with the team to provide on-time results and exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations
**Required Skills and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products
* Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities throughout the day
* Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in the healthcare industry, data entry, and comparison would be a plus. Additionally, a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
