**Key Responsibilities**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
* Working with customers directly daily to provide them with telecommunication and wireless services that they are eligible for
* Assisting the sales team in processing orders and working with customers to notate their personal information professionally
* Collecting customer feedback by gathering data on campaign success to increase our clients ROI and generate sales revenue
* Completing local customer research to better understand the needs of the target audience
* Assisting in the formation of sales and customer acquisition strategies to support the leadership team
* Upselling products and services to meet company sales goals while providing superior customer service
* Maintaining professional knowledge by attending ongoing training and networking conferences
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business (or equivalent experience)
