Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and battery testing and replacement
Conduct 18-point safety checks to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field
Completion of a vocational training program in automotive repair or a related field
ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification
