Job Overview In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with end-users, setting up their organization and user credentials, and providing exceptional customer service as you transition them to a new application. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for manually building organizations and users in Link, supporting the divisions, and working a shift that aligns with their needs. With a strong focus on typing skills, language proficiency, and proficiency in Word and Excel, this role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their career in application administration. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, exceeding 40 words per minute Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including doctors, nurses, and other end-users, as you transition them to a new application Manually build organizations and users in Link, supporting the divisions and their respective shifts Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure a smooth migration process Utilize Word and Excel to complete tasks and provide support as needed Participate in a 3-minute IKM assessment to demonstrate typing skills Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent typing skills, with a speed of over 40 words per minute Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and Spanish) Proficiency in Word and Excel High school graduate or equivalent Reliable internet connection for remote work Ability to work a shift that supports the division, ranging from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate: Any tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience Previous experience in application administration or a related field Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work with clients in a fast-paced environment Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately complete data entry tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders Proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
