Key Responsibilities Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise data storage environments Implement and maintain enterprise backup and data security technologies Efficiently manage and monitor reporting platforms and software Define and implement trend storage design strategies, based on industry standards and best practices Interface and communicate with application, database, server, and other technology teams on architecture, and configuration selection, to ensure appropriate storage technology and design Demonstrate strong organizational skills to adapt and prioritize tasks in a continually changing environment Contribute clear and concise documentation for both routine and irregular tasks Contribute technical support and guidance on complex activities like installation, configuration, and backup/restore operations for all systems Perform code updates and security patching to maintain the integrity of storage systems Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications 3 years' experience in data storage or related field with emphasis in networking and storage protocols Must have industry knowledge and experience for large-scale SAN design and implementation Proven expertise in enterprise storage administration, with expertise in DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs Solid grasp of current and emerging data protection technologies Experience with NAS concepts and protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3) Knowledge of data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS Operating system administration skills (both Linux and Windows) VMWare concepts and administration Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred (a combination of training, work experience, and education may be considered) Skills and Competencies Ability to provide clear and well-organized documentation Must have strong analytical skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and determination in completing assigned work Contributes to the completion of achievements related to specific projects Achieved problem solver and ability to work independently Active involvement in production hardware life-cycle management Extensive troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills Acts independently under broad directionCareer Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As an Enterprise Data Storage Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
