Key Responsibilities Customer Portfolio Management : Maintain ownership of a portfolio of existing customers and develop relationships and key understanding of the customers' business and usage of blithequark. Ensure customers get value from our product and drive long-term satisfaction. Process Change and Product Adoption : Drive process change and product adoption through change management, training and enablement, project management, and executive relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation. Customer Health Monitoring : Monitor customer health across the customer journey and take data-driven actions to influence the right behavior. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Quarterly Business Reviews : Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews at an executive level to demonstrate the qualitative and quantitative value of our product. Develop and present executive-level reports and insights. Customer Retention and Growth : Champion and own customer retention and partner with sales on upsells. Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships. Customer Advocacy : Advocate for customer needs and educate them on adopting new features as we continue to enhance our product. Gather feedback and provide internal insights on how to better serve our enterprise customers. Collaboration and Problem-Solving : Confidently work in an ambiguous environment, collaborating internally and externally to solve pain points for your customers. Develop creative solutions to complex problems. Product Expertise : Be an expert in blithequark's product and stay up-to-date on the latest features and innovations. Provide product training and support to customers and internal teams. Essential Qualifications Experience : 6+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with Customer Success, Sales, Support/Service, or customer-facing roles. Adaptability : Eager to learn, try new things, and take calculated risks. Demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Data-Driven : Data-driven, process-oriented individual with experience in upleveling products, processes, and people. Desire to Grow : Desire to work in a dynamic startup where your input is desired to help craft our offerings and how we interact with clients. Preferred Qualifications AI and Technology : Experience working with AI-driven technologies and understanding of Large Language Models. Leadership : Experience in leadership roles or experience managing teams. Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
