Key Responsibilities
Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with potential students and parents, serving as a supportive, high-energy, and trusted advisor to families.
Consultative Approach: Deliver a consultative approach to enrollment by understanding families' goals, objectives, and challenges, and articulating Zenith's value propositions that best align with what the family is looking for.
Meet and Exceed Goals: Commit to meeting and/or exceeding monthly and quarterly enrollment goals that align with the increased demand from parents who have already expressed a strong interest in learning more about our programs.
Communication and Data Management: Monitor and respond promptly to various forms of communication (e.g., email, text, phone), accurately capture, report, track, and manage required data/metrics, and provide prompt and regular feedback on meetings and trends in weekly meetings.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years in enrollment, business development, customer success, account management/executive, or similar experience.
Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding expectations, targets, and goals in previous roles.
Ability to work one of the weekend days (Sat or Sun) consistently.
Self-starter / Responsible / Proactive / Autonomous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
