Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects related to Apple Services, with a focus on Media Applications. As an Engineering Program Manager, you'll work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to define project requirements, develop roadmaps, and deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of Apple customers. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and delivery of multiple applications and services, ensuring timely and within-budget project execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to define project requirements and develop roadmaps Lead and manage multiple simultaneous projects, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring successful project outcomes Define business, functional, and reporting requirements, often writing them for stakeholder review Own cross-functional project schedules, aligning ASE development with other Apple program plans Contribute to defining best practices for project management and agile development Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and mutual support throughout the organization and with partner teams Partner with SWE, SPG, Legal, Finance, Design, Operations, and other organizations to develop solutions to established goals Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 4+ years of technical program or project management experience in software development Self-starting, self-motivated, independent, and responsible with excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills Technical proficiency and interest, with a plus for prior software experience Passion for working with media-related products Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools What We Offer Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.
