About the Role Wells Fargo is looking for a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams in strategizing, planning, and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives in education testing. As a TD - Education Test, you will be responsible for driving accountability, limiting risk exposure, and creating efficiencies while reviewing strategic approaches and the effectiveness of support functions and business performance. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, programs, and initiatives in education testing Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, manage risk exposure, and identify opportunities for process improvements Review and analyze strategic approaches, support functions, and business performance to inform decision-making Conduct assessments and fact-finding exercises to identify complex issues and develop creative solutions Collaborate with Business Execution team members and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives and facilitate decision-making Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education A strong understanding of business operations, risk management, and compliance Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide others Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience in the education sector or a related field Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in education testing Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strategic thinking and planning skills Business acumen and operational expertise Risk management and compliance knowledge Collaboration and leadership skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp and Wells Fargo, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
