Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional eCommerce Account Manager to manage our business relationship with Chewy and other eCommerce retailers as needed. Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, this role is responsible for achieving retail sales targets and P&L targets for a portfolio of PetWise brands on Chewy.com. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a collaborative team player with a passion for driving business growth through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the online Joint Business Plan to achieve targets with Chewy for all PetWise brands, driving business growth and expansion.
Manage the day-to-day commercial relationship with Chewy, serving as the key point of contact and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by proactively driving new product launches, analyzing business performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Define and execute brand growth strategies for Chewy, contributing to the annual joint business plan and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business results and achieve shared objectives.
Manage and optimize trade budget, account retail sales growth, and online exclusives to enhance performance and maximize ROI.
Measure and analyze the performance of co-op campaigns, providing recommendations to optimize trade spend efficiency and drive business growth.
Execute Perfect Store Online initiatives, collaborating with the eCommerce Excellence group to optimize online sales fundamentals, content, and media activation.
Ensure flawless operations with Chewy, including planning GWP/sampling programs, eCommerce-specific promotions, and accurate forecasting.


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or eCommerce.
Minimum of 6 years of retail, CPG, or account management experience in eCommerce, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of the eCommerce business model, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and drive business decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence effectively within the organization and build strong relationships with external partners.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and digital innovation.
Expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to drive business decisions.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
