**Job Description**
As an EBO Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our EBO Division and assisting our Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Reps on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing a high volume of credit card payments and phone checks collected by EBO on a daily basis
* Manually posting transactions for non-automated client systems
* Updating Excel documents specific to the department
* Performing various clerical type duties on a regular and as needed basis
* Assisting the Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Reps on a daily as needed basis
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* A GED, High School Diploma, or higher degree
* Familiarity and proficiency on a personal computer and understanding of basic Windows-based operating systems
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the EBO Private Pay process (although not mandatory)
* Experience (6-12 months) in A/R is preferred, but not required
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred
* High degree of understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles is preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial:
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of transactions
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Ability to work in a self-directed manner
* Experience working with medical data systems or healthcare organizations
