The Opportunity
As an EAP Remote Counselor with AllOne Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing access to our comprehensive range of resources and services. This is a 100% remote position with flexible working hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
Deliver counseling and support to Assistance Program Members, addressing their mental health and well-being needs.
Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for clients to achieve their well-being goals.
Collaborate with the AllOne Health team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field from an accredited institution.
Full Clinical licensure in any state is preferred, but limited licensure in preferred states (CO, CA) will also be considered.
Reliable internet connection and speed.
Bi-lingual or Spanish-speaking skills are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
