Key Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
Assist customers with taking payments for prior rentals or resolving outdated alerts using customer-provided information.
Craft acceptable solutions to address customer needs and ensure that they receive a positive experience.
Work independently to deliver practical solutions while being part of a collaborative team environment.
Navigate multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy to provide efficient solutions.
Employ quick problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide thoughtful and helpful solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions and anticipate customer needs.
Display empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns and maintain composure in challenging situations.


Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:


Minimum 6+ months of customer service experience.
Dual monitors and a hard-wired internet connection are required.
Friendly and caring tone with excellent communication skills.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner and support a positive environment for customer interactions.
Knowledgeable care for various customer needs with the ability to maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Ability to display empathy in adverse environments and maintain composure in challenging situations.
Efficient navigation skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy.
Typing and language skills with a normal typing speed and strong spelling and grammar skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience working in a remote environment.
