Customer Service & Feedback Management: Respond to customer inquiries on Amazon and Walmart, manage the customer service phone line, monitor feedback and reviews, and dispute fake or policy-violating content.
Account Protection & Growth Strategies: Proactively monitor policy changes to prevent account suspensions, assist with writing and filing appeals for account or product suspensions, implement review generation strategies, and perform competitor analysis to suggest pricing and marketing strategies.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
Intermediate to expert-level experience in managing Amazon and Walmart Seller Central accounts.
