Key Responsibilities

Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner

Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords
Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
Maintain high customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve our services
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Fluency in Dutch
Advanced English knowledge
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
Strong troubleshooting skills
