Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner

Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts

What You Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Fluency in Dutch, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced English knowledge, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and colleagues
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
