Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organization and visual merchandising of assigned departments Oversee data entry tasks, including requesting, loading, and maintaining accurate stock levels Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, including stockroom and sales floor Provide backup support to sales associates as needed Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels, including setting, filling, and maintaining stock arrangementograms Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) with regular breaks Work a flexible schedule, including two nights per week and every other Saturday Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Division Manager at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership or management role Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in inventory management or data entry Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices Proficiency in relevant software applications, including inventory management systems What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
