Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a District Manager, Dermatology, you will report to the Regional Director, Dermatology, and be responsible for hiring, leading, developing, and retaining a team of Dermatology Medical Specialists in your assigned district. Your primary objective will be to ensure strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations, while driving accountability for all results throughout the district. You will work closely with your Alliance partner counterpart(s) to ensure full cooperation and transparency, and develop and retain key personnel within the district to facilitate growth in the commercial organization.

Lead and manage a team of Dermatology Medical Specialists to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and Alliance partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have a strong track record of leadership and sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the dermatology market. You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree or other advanced education/certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience, with 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office-based, sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologic markets
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies, with a strong understanding of the payer environment, reimbursement, and challenges in national, regional, and local payer markets
Ability to partner and collaborate with other internal field teams and Alliance partners to achieve business objectives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $169,300.00 - $211,500.00 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.
