**Experienced Distribution Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Role with arenaflex**

Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner * Processing and inputting customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Producing stock reports to check for product availability and ensuring timely delivery * Coordinating special and last-minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments * Providing follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met * Assuring proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices * Preparing shipping and tracing information to customers as required * Maintaining damage records and back-order logs * Communicating customer feedback to management, including any signs of dissatisfaction * Acting as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes * Overseeing all paperwork associated with orders and maintaining corresponding files * Maintaining current and accurate procedure manuals, detailing processing requirements for each account **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications * Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key * Shipping software systems experience, including UPS and Federal Express * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work in varying facility conditions * Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed **What We Offer** arenaflex is committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package to our employees, including: * A competitive hourly rate of $19.00, with the potential for an additional $1.00 per hour based on shift work * A robust benefit program, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Parental Leave * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we believe in creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
