Job Overview and Responsibilities
Supporting senior management in the development and implementation of real estate strategies for a specific business unit
Coordinating with senior leaders to direct them on choices for future space planning and budgeting through the Corporate Real Estate process
Managing complex transactions, including migrations, mergers, developments, reductions, renewals, and more
Assisting the Director and Senior Directors in various capacities on multiple projects simultaneously
Creating project kickoff structures and comprehensive corporate approval reports that require strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the projects and related details
Conducting market research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including distribution groups in regions around the world, to gather and analyze data and ensure that portfolio strategies and business objectives are aligned
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners, including senior leaders, vendors, and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Corporate real estate/transactional experience in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas in business/office space fields
Significant experience, including transaction management, business, strategy development, or client services; experience gained from work in finance and/or corporate real estate
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, including effective in-person presentation skills and the ability to write clear, concise reports that are accurate and professional
Ability to create accurate, visually appealing, and persuasive presentations for a senior audience
