Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and measure the impact of business initiatives
Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and data visualizations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools and methodologies in data analysis and visualization
Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise
Contribute to the development of data-driven products and services, working closely with product and engineering teams to design and implement data-driven solutions


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
Strong technical skills in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience working with large datasets, data mining, and data modeling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and analysis


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

A Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering
Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field

Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
