Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Risk Management and Data Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing business processes and risk management solutions that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in data analysis, risk management, and business process improvement will be essential in helping us navigate the complexities of the financial services industry and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement risk management strategies and solutions that align with our business objectives and goals
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and marketing, to design and implement business processes and risk management solutions
Identify and assess new data sources, including structured and unstructured data, to drive business growth and improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and risk managers, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks, and provide expert advice and guidance to the business


Essential Qualifications

Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to drive business growth and improvement


Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in a related field, such as a Master's or Ph.D.
Professional certifications, such as FRM, PRM, or CFA
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes
