**Essential Qualifications**

* At least 2 years of experience in data management and business development
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving data management processes

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing a team of professionals
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes
