As a Director of Data Analytics, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about using data-driven insights to drive business growth and operational excellence. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Director of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for: * Coordinating a predefined area of work within Examination to achieve business objectives and designated financial and quality outcomes. * Developing and implementing conventional structures and techniques for addressing major business issues, both using existing assets and creating new innovative ideas across the organization. * Ensuring process and underlying fit with key partners and stakeholders. * Serving as a point of convergence for cross-functional groups and contact to partners in creating and executing structures. * Creating compelling working relationships with partners to achieve designated objectives and outcomes. * Guiding key partners on subject matters and collaborating cross-functionally to interpret and characterize business needs for area of responsibility to execute against. * Decisively collaborating cross-functionally to develop procedures and provide significant guidance to meet objectives. * Growing short-and long-range systems, plans, and significant objectives. * Administering the execution of strategies, processes, and arrangements that have a critical effect on the organization. * Making suggestions for the detailing of systems and working plans of the predetermined area of responsibility, then, in light of winning circumstances, executing or changing the working plans of the specialty unit coordinated. * Sharing complex data connected with subject matters and connecting with senior management to stay informed concerning targets. * Communicating with direct reports and peers in management/clients/sellers to decipher data and work on cross-functional cycles and projects. * Building and upgrading key internal and external contacts. * Working with outside vendors and partners to create and maintain positive relationships. * Assembling and upgrading internal and external associations. * Setting financial, operational, and quality goals and creating/supervising working designs for the area of responsibility. * Guaranteeing development and improvement of customer awareness, market share, and determined drives. * Surveying the competitive market and making suggestions for changes in accordance with functional and key exercises in view of recognized data. * May develop a budget for the determined area of responsibility and convey against business objectives/targets. * Examining execution drivers, proactively deciding significant strategy, and then adding to recognizing answers for relief and improvement to accomplish generally business objectives. * Coordinating groups responsible for daily activities. * Supervising and coordinating the work of managers, ranking directors, and their subordinates. * Getting and designating assets to meet working plans. * Guaranteeing the continuous preparation and advancement of direct reports. * Creating and tutoring staff through on-boarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities and execution management processes; building and maintaining employee spirit and motivation; guaranteeing the group is properly equipped with required capabilities; cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment. **Essential Capabilities:** * At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders to develop strategies that meet division objectives within budget and timelines. * Experience creating key drivers that align with business objectives and budget. * Experience identifying functional issues and prescribing and executing methodologies to resolve issues. * Experience driving cross-functional groups. * Experience communicating at the executive level. * Experience overseeing client-facing programs. * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. * At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional group leadership. **Preferred Capabilities:** * Graduate degree/MBA * Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.) * Experience with system implementation (e.g., Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.) * Experience using business intelligence tools alongside data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Scene, Masters, etc.) * Certified as a Salesforce administrator or engineer. * Experience in training, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues. * Experience planning and executing financial models alongside complex business initiatives * Experience communicating with executive-level leadership both within and to client associations * Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and targets). * Experience with systems, such as Cure and GIS-like. * Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts * Experience in training, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $30/hour * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative organization * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers and communities **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and results-driven leader with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
