**Experienced Director of Data Analytics – Retail and E-commerce Industry Leader**

Here, your work has a lasting impact every day. **The Role** We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics to join our Store Mechanization and Development team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing a set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You will work closely with our leadership team to define the metrics and lead the development of the data pipeline and dashboards to distribute these metrics and report progress towards our goals on a regular basis. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and analyze business issues within your domain and challenge assumptions to help identify underlying drivers; recommend and implement solutions to address business issues; and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) based on established progress rules and key metrics. * Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, translate business requirements into solutions, and align the team to the business strategy while executing expectations. * Recognize and recommend the most suitable visualization tools based on the setting and define application configuration based on client needs; includes building compelling stories based on the setting, presenting to and influencing different audiences using appropriate data visualization, and adjusting communication style based on partners. * Provide overall direction by examining business goals and client needs - includes creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business processes, plans, and projects; investigating costs and estimates and integrating into strategies; and determining and supporting resource requirements. * Create and leverage internal and external partnerships and organizations, lead key community engagement and outreach initiatives, and support partners while adhering to and upholding the organization's principles of integrity and ethics. **What You'll Bring** * Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive) * Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current) * Ability to communicate complex metrics to leaders clearly * Ability to connect the dots between data and its impact on the business * Experience developing new metrics to track business impact * Experience leading a team of analysts * Familiarity with AI and data science strategies **What We're Looking For** * A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * A strong background in data analytics, with experience in retail and e-commerce * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques **What We Offer** * A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * A 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A dynamic and supportive work environment **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for data analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
