Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and managing data enablement for specialty reporting, providing strategic guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage data enablement for specialty reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including pharma, payer, operations, finance, clinical, and other stakeholders Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of systems, projects, and processes that drive business growth and achieve organizational goals Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and analyze data reports, including Pharma and Payer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Direct the maintenance and enhancement of pharma and payer entries/dashboards, ensuring data quality and integrity Lead a team of professionals responsible for working with cross-functional groups to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive business outcomes Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring positive and productive collaborations Establish operational and quality objectives, creating and supervising working designs for areas of responsibility Coach and develop staff through onboarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in data analytics or a related field Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in data analytics or a related field At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners Experience creating strategic initiatives that align with business objectives Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive-level management Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or MBA in a related field, such as Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, C++, and others Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts Experience with system administration, including tools such as Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, and others Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
