Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy to lead our team of data analysts and provide strategic guidance on data management and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data enablement for specialty reporting, providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, and driving business decisions through data analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage information enablement for specialty reporting, including data analysis, reporting, and insights for pharma, payer, operations, finance, clinical, and other stakeholders Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including data analysts, pharmacists, and other stakeholders Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of systems, projects, and processes that drive business goals and objectives Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop and maintain positive relationships and drive business outcomes Develop and manage operational and quality objectives, including working designs and resource allocation Coach and develop staff through onboarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities, and performance management processes Build and maintain internal and external relationships, including partnerships with key stakeholders and vendors Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as statistics, engineering, computer science, or information systems At least 6 years of experience in a related field, or 9 years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners Experience creating strategic initiatives that align with business objectives Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive-level management Experience managing client-facing programs and contributing to financial decisions in the workplace At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or MBA in a related field Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, C++, and others Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts Experience with system administration, including Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, and others Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
