Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a difference in our communities. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy, you will be responsible for: * Leading a team of data analysts to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency * Providing strategic direction to pharma, payer, sales, finance, clinical, and other teams to empower specialty programs * Overseeing the development and execution of frameworks, projects, and cycles that drive business goals * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and analyze data to support business decisions * Directing the creation and examination of data to support Pharma and Payer Quarterly Business Surveys (QBR) * Providing directional oversight to the support and upgrade of pharma and payer entries/dashboards * Managing a team responsible for working out all factor charges provided to accounting to support monthly and quarterly charging of contracted services for Pharma * Regulating the group that screens the accommodation of passes to run reports, give analysis, makes and update Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for detailing demands that roll in from partner across the Specialty association * Directing joint effort with cross-functional partners to act as a functioning Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data administration across the arenaflex organization * Advising key partners on technical topics and collaborating with external vendors and partners to create and maintain positive relationships * Establishing functional and quality targets and creating/supervising working designs for liability * Regulating and coordinating the work of directors, ranking directors, and their subordinates * Acquiring and assigning resources to meet working plans * Ensuring the continuous preparation and advancement of direct reports **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science) * At least 6 years of experience in a related field or 9 years of experience with a secondary school recognition/GED * At least 2 years of experience laying out and keeping up with key associations with interior (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and outer accomplices (business community, clients, and sellers) inside a lattice association to foster procedures that meet division objectives within budget and timetables * Experience creating key drives which line up with business objectives * Experience distinguishing functional issues and prescribing and carrying out procedures to determine issues * Experience driving cross-functional groups * Experience conveying and collaborating with chief level administration both inside and to client associations * Experience overseeing client-facing programs * At least 2 years of experience adding to financial decisions in the work environment * At least 3 years of direct leadership, aberrant administration, or potentially cross-functional group authority **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science) * Graduate degree/MBA * Experience with cutting-edge coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.) * Experience with data extraction, data mining, data securing, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts * Experience with framework organization (e.g., Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $35-$45 per year * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
