About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Director of Airline Partnerships, North America to lead our team of Senior Business Development Managers in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships with airlines in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with airline executives, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing strategies to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of Senior Business Development Managers to achieve key success measures for airline distribution partnerships in the region
* Represent Workwarp in the assigned region(s) and build executive relationships with airline partners
* Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our airline partnerships
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet the needs of our airline partners
* Communicate Workwarp's unique value proposition and frame our benefits to airlines in a compelling and data-driven manner
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our partnership strategies
* Develop and maintain relationships with airline executives and other key stakeholders
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements

* Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience with a successful background of driving revenue growth for key accounts, and 3+ years of experience leading a team of account managers
* Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline) is preferred
* Positive attitude, creative, and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
* Ability to craft and deliver compelling and data-driven presentations
* Team mentality with a desire to help the team win
* Excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to distinguish urgent from important work
* Innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
* Passion for travel and technology
* Strong value selling skills
* Executive-level business acumen
* Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding partnerships in the airline industry
* Strong understanding of airline distribution and the travel industry
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
* Strong network of contacts in the airline industry
* Fluency in multiple languages
