About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director, HR Systems to join our team and drive the strategic development and implementation of our internal IT function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our HRIS systems, collaborating with HR to support our growing workforce, and investigating potential HRIS systems to optimize our operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CoreWeave's internal IT function, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals. Manage and enhance HRIS systems to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management, efficient workflows, and strong security and compliance practices. Collaborate with HR to support the company's growing workforce, providing expert guidance on HR technology and best practices. Investigate potential HRIS systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize our operations. Automate and integrate IT systems to streamline employee lifecycle management, reduce manual errors, and enhance overall efficiency. Support the legal team in creating efficient workflows, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Oversee support for end users, providing timely and effective assistance to resolve technical issues and improve user experience. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and leading high-performing teams. Experience in developing financial and supply chain systems, with a strong understanding of HR technology and its applications. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and HR principles.
