About the Role As a Digital Direct Agent, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth in the Digital Direct Segment by leveraging digital marketing efforts and nurturing programs to meet the shipping needs of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This is a remote work opportunity with a West Coast focus, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Pre-call customer research and strategy development: Work closely with Digital Marketing to understand segment digital messaging, products, and customer actions. Utilize sales and marketing tools to research customer businesses, prioritize new opportunities, and drive conversions. Maintain industry and product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on UPS products and services to generate solutions that meet customer needs. Research competitor strategies, capabilities, and pricing patterns to position UPS offerings advantageously. Position and apply UPS Value Proposition: Engage with customers to understand their businesses and shipping needs. Demonstrate how UPS products, services, and value propositions can support their objectives. Follow up on digital opportunities and document sales efforts using CRM systems. Respond to customer inquiries: Educate customers on existing service channels, redirect service issues, and provide escalated customer support when necessary. Offer feedback to new product and digital marketing teams to develop future UPS SMB solutions.
