As a Digital Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success, developing associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. About the Role As a Digital Coach at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams effectively, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be the driving force behind implementing business solutions, providing guidance on store operations, and leveraging technology to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; providing feedback and coaching to improve performance. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, ensuring customer needs are met, and issues are resolved promptly. Drives financial performance by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and implementing action plans to achieve sales and profit goals. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. Coordinates and completes job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. Additionally, you will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
