Key Responsibilities Support the Digital Advertising Manager in creating, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, shopping, discovery, video, and more. Review existing campaigns, analyze keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, and creative elements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign performance. Develop and execute media plans, manage automation, audience targeting, and explore in-market trends to drive campaign success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and compliance standards. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and tools to improve campaign performance. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or 1+ years of experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, or Google Suite/Google Slides.
