About the Role As a Collaborating Physician with our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our providers and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Monthly Check-ins: Conduct 15-minute check-ins with each provider once per month over Zoom. Utilize a standard list of pre-answered questions to guide discussions, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process. Chart Review: Review 10% of the providers' patient charts, approximately 20-30 simple charts per month. Identify and flag any red flags within these charts, using guidelines we will provide to ensure you're equipped to perform this task effectively. The review process is designed to be straightforward and typically takes less than an hour each month. On-Call Duties: Be available for low-volume on-call duties during work hours, with compensation provided for your availability. Calls are infrequent, allowing you to earn extra income without a significant demand on your time. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Hold an MD or DO degree. Be board certified in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology. Possess active, unrestricted licensure in all 50 states. Reside in Florida. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following skills and qualifications are highly valued: Previous experience in a collaborating physician role or a similar position.
