About the Role: Delivery Station Customer Service Associate

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll serve as the vital link between our customers, delivery partners, and warehouse operations. Your mission is to deliver world-class customer support that exceeds expectations and reinforces arenaflex's reputation for excellence. This role goes beyond traditional customer service—it's about becoming a logistics expert, a problem-solver, and a customer advocate all at once.

You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where our industry-leading logistics system operates around the clock. From the moment an order is dispatched to its final delivery, you'll be there to guide customers, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication between all parties involved. Whether it's helping a customer reschedule a delivery, tracking down a misplaced package, or providing real-time updates to anxious customers, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding. Here's what you can expect:

Direct Customer Communication: Engage with customers in-person at the delivery station, as well as via phone and email. You'll be the friendly voice (and face) that customers turn to when they need answers or assistance with their packages.

Empathetic Problem-Solving: Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and prioritize their needs above all else. Every interaction is an opportunity to turn a potentially negative experience into a positive one.

Issue Resolution: Tackle a wide range of customer issues, from delivery delays and address changes to damaged packages and missing items. You'll use your good judgment and problem-solving skills to find the best possible solutions.

Clear Communication: Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer inquiries. Your communication skills will help set appropriate expectations and build trust.

Decision-Making: Make quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer when issues arise. Your ability to think on your feet will be crucial in resolving problems efficiently.

Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and other arenaflex teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent customer experiences.

Performance Tracking: Understand and respond to performance metrics, contributing to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Flexible Scheduling: Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), including weekends and holidays as needed. Our operations run 24/7, and your flexibility helps us maintain exceptional service.

This role is physically demanding and requires you to be on your feet for extended periods. You'll be performing the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
