About the Role As a Sr Data Scientist, you'll be part of a talented team responsible for launching and supporting GenAI features, developing unified GenAI tools and services, and building organizational capabilities around GenAI. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and developing at-scale GenAI framework architectures, prompt engine development, and continuous monitoring and evaluation tools. You'll work closely with product designers to ensure the optimal scaling and adoption of GenAI features, leveraging your knowledge of GenAI tools and business requirements to drive the development of unified tools and services. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-performance code for model execution, leveraging your expertise in data science and programming. Develop and implement GenAI-based frameworks, tools, and services to drive business growth and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the industry, applying your knowledge to fine-tune pre-trained GenAI models and drive business success. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and Spry principles. Develop and maintain a robust, well-tested codebase with meaningful documentation. Lead instructional sessions, present work to peers, and gather insights on business needs to inform solution development. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A 3-year degree in a quantitative discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or comparable experience. 3+ years of professional experience or comparable industry experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. Proven expertise in designing and developing deep learning, AI, optimization, and statistical models. Strong active programming skills in Python, with knowledge of SQL, Hadoop/Hive, Flash, and/or Scala. A solid understanding of numerical and statistical concepts, algorithms, and computational complexity. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly narrate data-driven stories through effective visualizations and presentations. A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and collaborate effectively across geographies.
