Key Responsibilities
Drive Product Development: Utilize robust measurement techniques, including analysis, experimentation, and modeling, to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape the vision of a product space, define new metrics, and develop experimentation strategies.
Develop Experimentation and Measurement Strategies: Design and implement experimentation frameworks to accelerate project velocity and inform complex decision-making.
Deliver High-Quality Results: Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality results that impact product decisions and drive business outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
At least four years of experience applying statistical and mathematical concepts to drive decision-making at scale.
Strong statistical skills and intuition, with applied experience in consumer-facing product areas.
Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages, such as Python or R.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
